Top Concerns for HR Professionals
The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) recently identified the top five concerns of human resources professionals. At number one, was none other than the rising cost of healthcare, followed by the use of technology in the workplace, the use of electronic learning, safety and security and finally the effects of demographics on employment.
