Wage and Hour Opinion Letters
Janell Grenier in Benefits Blog, recently pointed us in the direction of some recent opinion letters issued by the Department of Labor regarding the Fair Labor Standards Act. Noting that it is often difficult to find the actual letters, she provides this link to take you to the page on the DOL website where you can access all of the opinion letters.
