Workplace Violence - the HR Manager's Nightmare
This article about a terminated employee who allegedly shot three managers at work the other day before killing himself raises critical issues regarding workplace safety and preventing violence in the workplace. A while back I posted this which provides links to a wealth of resources on the web available to help organizations prevent violence from occurring in their workplaces.
