EP Advisors combines the three primary areas of legal, human resources and business expertise to assist organizations faced with highly serious and sensitive situations as well as working with clients preparing for or in the midst of complex strategic events. Based in the New York metropolitan area, EP Advisors maintains affiliations with other providers throughout the country in order to ensure our ability to accommodate our diverse clients.
The firm's major areas of focus include:
Litigation Support - providing support to law firms and in-house counsel in the area of workplace investigations, training, and expert witness services
Human Resources Consulting - providing support to organizations in all areas of human resources management
Strategic Consulting Services - providing services to organizations undergoing strategic transitions (such as mergers, acquisitions, growth, turnaround, bankruptcy) in the areas of compliance and human resources
The work EP Advisors does is typically difficult, stressful and often performed under less than stellar circumstances. What makes EP Advisors unique is our willingness to undertake assignments that others typically shy away from and deliver for our clients.
Our professionals are typically at the Master's Degree level, have their J.D. or are certified human resources professionals. All of our assignments receive a full spectrum of support ranging from junior level human resources work all the way to highly sophisticated strategic and compliance work. We work in a variety of formats either onsite or virtually including Retainer, Project, or Hourly depending upon the needs of our clients.
